02What we collect and why
Public website content requires no registration. Different actions involve the following information:

Website analytics include page visits, visible download options, button actions, service demos, time and scroll-depth milestones, and form starts, validation, submissions, and outcomes. Sources are categorized as direct, website, or external; full URLs and query parameters are not uploaded. Events exclude names, contact details, accounts, enquiry text, search input, and agent conversations. A download click does not mean installation succeeded; successful submission does not confirm email delivery or a sale.
Submit only information needed for the enquiry. Do not submit passwords, credentials, patient or participant information, or unauthorized research data. This form is not for uploading research files.
03Cookies and browser storage
Public information pages require no login and do not actively set advertising-tracking cookies. Individual, enterprise, contact, and public download pages use a random identifier in local browser storage to distinguish browsers. It does not identify a person or account.
For storage details, analytics scope, and how to disable or clear them, see our Cookie Notice. Clearing a local identifier does not automatically delete records already received by the server.
04Service providers and external links
Hosting and network providers process requests needed to serve pages. Enquiries are forwarded by email, so email providers process submitted content. We use these services to operate the website and respond to enquiries.
When you use Xiaoya, the website server and configured model service process your messages and recent conversation context to answer product questions, offer website links and prepare an inquiry brief. Context is held temporarily in the website process, with a 30-minute chat session. Starting a new conversation clears the previous context. The model gateway records request digests, usage and costs, but not conversation text in that ledger. An inquiry brief is sent to the team only when you confirm and submit it.
Pages currently load Font Awesome styles and fonts from cdnjs.cloudflare.com. Your browser sends information needed to fetch these files, including IP address and request details. See the Cloudflare Privacy Policy. These requests are separate from our download analytics.
Opening EvoEngine, the Feishu manual, registration lookup, or other external links takes you to the respective service. Please read its privacy notice. This website's explanations do not replace those agreements or guarantee how those services process data.
05Retention and information security
The local random analytics identifier lasts 90 days and is replaced on a subsequent visit after expiry. Anonymous server analytics have a 400-day retention window, with older records removed periodically. These periods apply only to anonymous website analytics, not accounts, conversations, or research files.
Enquiries are received by email and retained as needed to respond, follow up, and meet legal obligations. Contact the team to request deletion of enquiry information no longer needed. Access and security logs are retained as required by applicable law and necessary security purposes.
We serve the website over HTTPS and use access controls and other measures to protect website and enquiry information. Internet transmission and storage may still carry risks. Contact us promptly about security issues relating to this website.
06Exercising your rights
Contact us at proteinx@163.com to request access, copies, correction, or deletion of your information, withdraw consent for consent-based processing, or raise questions or complaints.
Describe your request and, where possible, use the contact details from your original enquiry. We may verify identity to avoid disclosing information to someone else. Do not include identity documents or unrelated sensitive information in your first email.
We will verify and handle requests according to law and explain where legally required retention prevents immediate deletion. Withdrawing consent does not affect lawful prior processing. You can browse public content without submitting an enquiry.
07Information about minors
Enquiries are primarily intended for research teams, institutions, and businesses. Users under fourteen should not submit personal information independently; a guardian should assist. Guardians can contact us about information submitted by a minor in error.
08Policy updates and contact
We update this page when website functions or information practices change. Changes requiring renewed notice or consent will be handled according to applicable requirements.
